Article 20 Rules for handling acts of seeking illegitimate interests
The User understands and agrees that TuLing provides the TuLing Services to the User for the purpose of enabling the user to experience a variety of game content and not to use the TuLing Services to earn real-world money or for financial gain. However, the behavior of users who mainly trade and make profits in the game, not for the purpose of experiencing the game content, will destroy the fairness or balance of the in-game economic system, and thus adversely affect the game experience of other users and the game itself.
Therefore, the User undertakes not to engage in game activities or trade virtual goods for profit purposes, any situation in which the User engages in game activities or trade virtual goods for profit purposes will be deemed to seek improper benefits, and the participating parties shall bear the consequences of all kinds of losses caused by the violation, including but not limited to the User:
(1) Register multiple user accounts and/or game character ids to conduct game activities for profit purposes;

Article 21 Role protection rules

Article 22 Rules for the use of game screens
Without TuLing's prior written permission, you shall not disclose, display, copy, transmit or play the game images in TuLing Services in whole or in part through third-party software, websites or platforms, otherwise TuLing will have the right to take various measures according to your breach of contract, including but not limited to one or more of the following: And TuLing reserves the right to further pursue your legal responsibility: temporarily ban login, force offline, shut down the account.
Article 23 Compensation for damages
If your violations in the game cause damage to TuLing or third parties, you shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities, and TuLing has the right to take all reasonable actions for its own damage, including but not limited to the recovery of game virtual items, TuLing has the right to recover the amount of loss from you and require you to bear TuLing's reasonable recovery costs.
Article 24 Force Majeure

Article 25 Other provisions

The headings of all the provisions of this Agreement are for convenience only, have no actual meaning in themselves, and shall not be used as a basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement and the relevant provisions.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
TuLing's failure to exercise, timely exercise or insufficient exercise of its rights under this Agreement or under law shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights nor shall it affect TuLing's exercise of such rights in the future.
