Article 13 Basic Rights of Users
1. Users may use the products and services provided by Tuling Mobile Games in accordance with this Agreement and other rules published and changed by Tuling Mobile Games from time to time.
2. Users can voluntarily choose the page provided by the official website or Facebook, so as to get the game activities, discount information and other content provided by Tuling mobile games in the first time.
3. Users have the right to make comments and suggestions to Tuling Mobile Games at any time during the use of products and services provided by Tuling Mobile Games.
4. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, or has objections to the terms later modified or updated by Tuling Mobile Games, or is not satisfied with the products and services provided by Tuling Mobile Games, the user may choose to stop using the products and services of Tuling Mobile Games at any time. If the user chooses to stop using the products and services of Tuling Mobile Games, Tuling Mobile Games will no longer have any obligations and responsibilities to the user. The top-up amount, virtual currency, virtual props etc. given by Tuling mobile Games in the process of providing products and services will not be refunded or realized.
5. If Tuling Games ceases to provide a product or service, or changes the manner or content of a product or service, Tuling Games will notify the user in advance.
Article 14. Advertising and external links
1. The products and services of Tuling Mobile Games may contain commercial advertisements or other promotional advertisements of others. Such content is provided by and is the responsibility of advertisers or service providers. The transaction of such services or goods purchased by the user through Tuling Mobile Games or the websites linked by Tuling Mobile Games is solely between the user and the provider of such goods or services and has nothing to do with Tuling Mobile Games, and Tuling Mobile Games assumes no legal responsibility for the transaction between the user and the provider of such goods or services.

Article 15 Special instructions on combat systems
Certain TuLing services may contain combat systems in which users can freely fight each other. For such TuLing Services containing combat systems, once you click "accept" (or other words with the same meaning, such as "agree", etc.) and install the appropriate TuLing Software, or register, start using and/or continue to use the appropriate TuLing Software or TuLing Services, It will be deemed that you agree to all free fighting actions in the game combat system and agree to abide by the game rules of free fighting.
Article 16 Special instructions for single machine games
In the TuLing service, which is mainly a single-player game, the recharge system can only be used after access to the Internet or mobile communication network (short-term payment, etc.). Article 17 Rules for handling number theft and related acts of number theft
In order to ensure that the players can enjoy the game and protect the legitimate interests of the players, TuLing will severely crack down on and punish the theft of the number and related activities (including but not limited to stealing user accounts, game data, player personal information, assisting the thief to operate and transfer the game virtual items, etc.). Upon verification or at the request of the competent authorities, TuLing has the right to immediately take punitive measures such as temporarily restricting game behavior, withdrawing game virtual items, temporarily prohibiting logins, permanently prohibiting logins, blocking accounts, deleting files, etc., depending on the specific circumstances. Although you have not actively participated in the theft, if the game virtual items you have obtained are obtained by others through the theft channel and then transferred or distributed to you, TuLing has the right to recover the game virtual items you have purchased in order to safeguard the rights and interests of the stolen players and the fair and just game order in the game.
In the process of verifying the theft of players, in order to quickly investigate and deal with the problem, TuLing may ask the relevant players to assist in the investigation, including but not limited to no login investigation, online communication, offline communication, etc.
Article 18 Rules for handling fraudulent acts in the game
Honesty is the basic principle of the game. Fraud in the game refers to the purpose of illegal possession, through false promises, fictitious facts, concealing the truth, intentionally misleading, impersonating others, intentionally confusing and other channels, to defraud others of the game virtual goods or other property. In-game fraud includes similar nickname fraud, impersonation of friends, impersonation of officials, and other forms.
If a player commits fraud in the game, we will take various measures according to the circumstances of the player's fraud, including but not limited to one or more of the following: Recall the game virtual items; Reverse value (including but not limited to experience value); Temporarily freeze gameplay; Permanently freeze gameplay; Forced offline; Temporarily disable access; Permanently disable login.

After users successfully recharge TuLing services to obtain the right to use virtual goods or value-added services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "recharge income"), they will be deemed to know and accept all TuLing services, and will not be refunded! Therefore, please read this agreement carefully before recharging TuLing service, moderate play and reasonable consumption!
