Article 11 Illegal game acts include the following acts

(1) Opposing the basic principles set forth in the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;

(2) endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) harming national honor and interests;

(4) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity;

(5) sabotaging state religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, indecency, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crimes;

(8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) promoting and abetting the use of plug-ins, private services and related content of Trojan horses;

(10) Publish any false information, including software, files, etc. that TuLing reasonably judges to be inappropriate or not approved by TuLing;

(11) Other contents prohibited by the laws and administrative regulations of the People's Republic of China;

(12) Do not illegally sell or trade accounts. (otherwise bear all the consequences)

(13) The client program shall not be modified in such a way that it changes or adds or reduces the functions that we have set in advance, or that causes the data sent by the client to the server to appear abnormal.

(14) The source code of the client program shall not be obtained by means of reverse compilation.

In addition, the user shall not disturb the order of the game, in particular shall not:

(1) Malicious PK, blackmail, extortion and other acts;

(2) threatening to conduct or incite other users or non-users to participate in abnormal game content (including but not limited to parades, gathering crowds to make trouble, etc.);

(3) Using characters with similar nicknames to impersonate friends of others, impersonate NPCS or official characters to commit fraud inside and outside the game.

(15) In order to prevent the disclosure of information, users in this game are prohibited to add WeChat, line and other chat software.

2. If the User commits a violation of the User Code of Conduct described in this Article, TuLing reserves the right, depending on the severity of the violation, to impose on the User one or more of the following consequences, and the User shall be liable for such adverse consequences:

(1) Warnings: Warnings are educational guidelines for minor violations of the game policy and are a way to properly manage the operation of the game.

(2) Ban: close part or all of the chat channels of the offending user, forcibly suspend the online dialogue function of the offending user role, so that the role cannot talk to other users until the penalty expires or is cancelled.

(3) Forced offline: force the offending user to leave the current game and end the execution of the user's current game program.

(4) Suspend the account: suspend or permanently terminate the right of the offending user to log in to the game using the account.

3. The User shall not use TuLing Software, TuLing services or participate in TuLing activities through improper means or other unfair means.

The User shall not interfere with the normal provision of the software and services by TuLing, including but not limited to: attacking, hacking into TuLing's web servers, or overloading the Web servers by logging on or attempting to log on to the servers more frequently than normal user login requirements during a concentrated period of time; Hack and modify TuLing software programs provided by TuLing; Attack, hack into TuLing's game servers/game server side programs or overload the game servers; Production, release, dissemination, use of any form of AIDS or programs that interfere with the fairness of the game (including but not limited to "plugins", "plugins" refers to all programs independent of the game software that can affect the operation of the game while the game is running, including but not limited to analogical user operations, change the operating environment, modify data, etc.). The user shall not: use the bugs and bugs of the program to disrupt the normal operation of the game or disseminate such bugs or bugs; Unreasonably interferes with or prevents others from using the software and services provided by TuLing; Using TuLing software through abnormal or illegal channels (including but not limited to using TuLing software to access the game private service); Use abnormal methods to log in to the game (including but not limited to using third-party software or systems that are not developed, authorized or approved by TuLing), use network accelerators and other plug-in software or robot programs to malign service facilities and disrupt the normal service order; Modify, translate, annotate, organize, assemble and interpret TuLing software; Use the software or online game system may exist technical defects or loopholes to make profits for themselves and others in various forms (including but not limited to copying game virtual items, etc.) or engage in other improper behavior.

The User agrees to use the monitoring data in the game program as the basis for determining whether the user has cheated in the game by using plug-ins and other methods.

Article 12 Interruption, suspension and termination of the service

1. Suspension and termination of user services

(1) If the User publishes illegal information, seriously violates social morality, or other prohibited provisions of the law, TuLing has the right to immediately terminate the service provided to the User.

(2) TuLing shall have the right to terminate the service provided to the User if the User commits an improper act while receiving the Service from TuLing. The specific circumstances of such improper conduct shall be expressly stipulated in this Agreement or shall be prohibited conduct subject to termination of the Service as expressly notified by TuLing in advance; otherwise, TuLing shall not terminate the Service provided to the User.

(3) If the User provides false registration information, or commits an act in violation of this Agreement, TuLing reserves the right to suspend all or part of the services provided to the User; TuLing shall notify the User of the suspension measures and inform the suspension period, the suspension period shall be reasonable, and TuLing shall promptly resume the service to the User upon the expiration of the suspension period.

(4) If TuLing suspends or terminates the provision of part or all of the Services to the User in accordance with the provisions of subparagraphs (1), (2) and (3) of this paragraph, TuLing shall bear the burden of proof.

2. Interruption, suspension and termination of the game server operation

(1) For the normal operation of the game server, TuLing needs to periodically shut down and maintain the game server or perform emergency shutdown and maintenance in response to emergencies; Please understand that in the event of normal service interruption or suspension due to the above circumstances, TuLing is obliged to try its best to limit the interruption to the shortest period of time.

TuLing reserves the right to terminate or discontinue all or part of the services provided by the game Server under any of the following circumstances, and TuLing shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any inconvenience or damage arising therefrom: ① TuLing has the right to suspend services for regular inspection or construction, software and hardware updates, etc., but TuLing will complete maintenance and updates as soon as possible; ② The game server is damaged and cannot operate normally; (3) Sudden failure of hardware and software equipment and electronic communication equipment; ④ network provider line or other faults; ⑤ In case of emergency, in accordance with the provisions of the law or for the personal safety of users and third parties; ⑥ Third party reasons or other force majeure circumstances.

TuLing reserves the right to terminate or partially terminate the provision of TuLing Services if it deems it necessary by giving notice 30 days prior to such termination.

Regardless of the reason for terminating the TuLing Service, the User shall take appropriate measures to deal with the game virtual items on his own, including but not limited to cancelling or stopping the use of the user account, game virtual items and other related matters. The User shall not hold TuLing liable for any form of compensation or compensation other than the game virtual currency that the User has purchased but has not used, including but not limited to compensation for no longer being able to continue to use the User account, game virtual items, etc., as a result of the general termination of the TuLing Service.
