Article 6 Game virtual goods
1. Game virtual goods (or "virtual goods"), including but not limited to game characters, resources, props (including but not limited to weapons, mounts, pets, equipment, etc.) in the game, are owned by TuLing and can only be used by users in accordance with the laws and regulations of the game during the opening of the game server.
2. All kinds of virtual goods in the game, if there is no special identifier for the term of use, users can continue to use them after obtaining the right to use them until the termination of the corresponding TuLing service; If there is a special mark for the term of use, the term of use shall prevail. If the term of use is exceeded, TuLing shall have the right to withdraw the right of use at any time without prior notice to the user (the term of use shall not be interrupted or suspended for any reason).
Article 7 User account registration, use and storage
1. Account Registration The User undertakes to register for TuLing account or other partner account approved by TuLing under his/her real identity and accept TuLing under such account (hereinafter also referred to as "User Account"). The User agrees that the true and accurate personal information provided by the user shall be the only evidence for determining the connection between the user and the game account and the user's identity.
2. Use and custody of user accounts
(1) In accordance with the provisions of the required terms, TuLing has the right to review the authenticity and validity of the identity information provided by you when registering, and shall actively take reasonable measures such as technology and management to ensure the security and effectiveness of the user account; You are obligated to keep your user account and password safe, and use your user account and password correctly and securely. If either party fails to fulfill the above obligations and causes damage to the civil rights of you or others due to the loss of the user account password or the theft of the user account, it shall bear the legal liability arising therefrom.
(2) You have rights and responsibilities in accordance with the law for the actions generated by the user account.
(3) Once you find that the user account or password has been illegally used by others or is used abnormally, you shall promptly handle it according to the processing channels announced by the account service provider, and have the right to promptly notify TuLing to take measures to suspend the login and use of the user account.
(4) In the event that TuLing takes measures to suspend the access to and use of the User's account based on the User's notification, TuLing shall require the User to provide and verify valid personal identification information or proof consistent with his registered identity information.
(5) If TuLing verifies that the valid personal identity information provided by the user or the proof is inconsistent with the registered identity information, it shall take timely measures to suspend the login and use of the user account.
(6) If TuLing violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph (5) and fails to take timely measures to suspend the login and use of the user's account, thereby causing losses to the user, it shall bear the corresponding legal liabilities.
(7) If the User does not provide valid personal identification information or proof, or the valid personal identification information or proof provided by the user is inconsistent with the registered identity information, TuLing reserves the right to refuse the User's request.
(8) When a user provides TuLing with valid personal identity information or proof consistent with the registered identity information in order to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests, TuLing shall provide the user with necessary assistance and support such as the certificate of account registrant and original registration information in accordance with the law, and provide relevant evidentiary information and data to the relevant administrative authorities and judicial authorities as required.
(9) If the User has not logged in to the Game for 365 consecutive days, TuLing has the right to take measures to delete the User account and any record of the User account in the game database (including but not limited to data information such as characters, levels, virtual items, value-added service tokens, etc.) from 24:00 on the day of the 365th consecutive day that the user has not logged in to the Game. The deleted data information cannot be recovered.
3. If you choose to use "Quick Game", "Tourist" or other similar convenient mode (hereinafter referred to as "quick mode") to quickly log in to the game without registering a user account, please bind your user account in time after logging in; If you do not bind a user account, once you uninstall or reinstall the TuLing software, or if your mobile smart device or computer is damaged, TuLing software cannot start normally, all your game data and recharge records in the fast mode will not be able to be queried and recovered.
Article 8 Protection and collection of user information
1. When TuLing requires users to provide information related to their personal identity, it shall disclose its privacy protection policy and Personal Information utilization policy to users in a clear and easily accessible channel in advance, and take necessary measures to protect the security of users' personal information. TuLing shall not provide, disclose or share with any third party personally identifiable information such as name, contact details, home address, etc. contained in the User's registration information without the permission of the User, except in the following cases:
(1) The user or the user's guardian authorized TuLing to disclose;
(2) TuLing is required by relevant law to disclose;
(3) requests from TuLing by judicial or administrative authorities based on legal procedures;
(4) When TuLing brings a lawsuit or arbitration to the user in order to protect its legitimate rights and interests;
(5) Providing personally identifiable information of the user at the lawful request of the user's guardian;
(6) At the request of stock exchanges, securities regulatory agencies, accountants, lawyers, and scientific and technical personnel with professional knowledge and confidentiality obligations.
In order to protect the privacy of users and regulate the use of users' personal information, TuLing has formulated the TuLing Privacy Policy. Please read this policy in detail.
2. In addition to the aforementioned personal information, you agree and authorize TuLing to collect other necessary information from you based on the requirements of administrative/judicial authorities or for security, user experience optimization and other considerations, but TuLing may only collect and use such information for the purpose of performing this Agreement.
Article 9 Obligations of TuLing
1. TuLing agrees to provide TuLing services to Users through the Internet in accordance with this Agreement.
2. TuLing saves the game virtual currency recharge record for 180 days from the date of user recharge. (The game is considered to be terminated when the game is closed)
3. In the process of using TuLing game virtual currency, users have the right to ask TuLing for assistance in accessing game virtual currency recharge records and transfer records, and TuLing shall require users to provide and verify valid personal identity information or proof consistent with their registered identity information. TuLing shall assist in providing valid personal identity information provided by the user or proof that it is consistent with the registered identity information. If the User does not provide valid personal identification information or proof, or the valid personal identification information or proof provided by the user is inconsistent with the registered identity information, TuLing reserves the right to refuse the User's request.
Article 10 Obligations of the User
1. Users should equip themselves with the necessary equipment for Internet access, including but not limited to mobile smart devices (including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets), computers, wireless routers or other necessary Internet access devices.
2. The user shall pay for the telecommunications fees, network usage and other expenses related to this service.
3. Comply with the provisions of this Agreement and other relevant rules and systems (including but not limited to the terms of service of TuLing email account agreed by the user, and the rules published by TuLing on the official website of the game or within the game, etc.); Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (if the user is a user outside the People's Republic of China, it should also comply with the laws and regulations of its country or region).
